Sarah Buckwalter

Certified Professional Organizer®

Sarah BuckwalterSarah Buckwalter has been a Professional Organizer for over 10 years. She has successfully organized hundreds of homes and offices.

Highly regarded and nationally recognized as an expert in her field, Sarah has appeared on the hit television series, "Hoarding: Buried Alive" on TLC. In an episode titled “The Scariest Place on Earth”, Sarah completely transforms a hoarding disaster zone into a clean, comfortable home.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and French from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Before becoming a Professional Organizer, Sarah spent several years in corporate functions, including office management, human resources, and administration.

Sarah is a Certified Professional Organizer®, a Golden Circle member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and has served on the Board of Directors for
NAPO-New England.

Kate Altieri

Kate AltieriKate Altieri has been a Professional Organizer for seven years and a participating member of (NAPO) National Association of Professional Organizers for five years.

She specializes in all residential areas, children’s spaces and room re-design. Kate has worked with many clients in their homes, offices and multi-functional areas such as art studio/class rooms and gallery/living spaces.

Kate frequently lectures on organizing and time management. With experience in antique sales, some of the special projects Kate has undertaken include estate sale planning and execution. She can also offer practical relocation assistance (packing/unpacking) and moving coordination.

Sarah Brooks

Sarah BuckwalterSarah has been organizing things and spaces her entire life. Her first career as a registered dietitian grew out of a desire to help others incorporate healthy habits into their busy lives. During this work, she realized the natural connection between organization and health. This lead to a second career as a Professional Organizer, where she could integrate her health and wellness background, organizing skills, and desire to help others improve their homes, offices and lives.

Sarah enjoys sharing organizing ideas with clients as well as through Organizing Boston’s blogs and social media, finding great joy in crafting tips that ‘hit home’ and allow people to turn a corner toward a healthier, more organized tomorrow. She has experience in residential and office organizing and particularly likes helping people dig out from under piles and create simple systems.

Sarah is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the National Association of Professional Organizers.

Kazia Navas

KaziaKazia comes to organizing from a successful 20-year career in publishing and project management, including working at Harvard University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. Her true passion is helping people create more peaceful, nurturing environments.

As a Professional Organizer, Kazia helps clients discover what is important to them and then uses this knowledge to create truly workable systems and solutions. She has worked with a variety of clients, including individuals, families, businesses, non-profit agencies, and senior centers.

Her sensitive, clear, and calm approach to organizing helps people clean up the chaos and enables them to live in more balanced, efficient, and stress-free surroundings. As one of her clients recently said, “When I need a boost, I open up the doors to my newly organized pantry and I feel great again! Thank you for all your help!”

Jennifer O'Connell

Sarah BuckwalterJennifer's career in organizing grew out of the desire to take control of her own life and time and help others do the same. She sees each project as special and unique, and her approach is to look with fresh eyes at the way you can function in your space. Jennifer brings an eye for design and compassion to each project and client relationship.

Jennifer is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, there she studied the living environment and its effects on humans and animals. She also earned a graduate certificate in business from Northeastern University. Currently, Jennifer is studying interior design at the Rhode Island School of Design.

Maribeth Scott

Sarah BuckwalterMaribeth has worked as a professional organizer for several years. It was inevitable, since in her spare time you can find her organizing closets and cleaning out drawers!

Maribeth's specialties are home offices and children's spaces. She has run her own home-based business and also worked as a teacher for many years, giving her a unique perspective in helping families. Maribeth is able to work with clients to create spaces and systems that work for them and are easy to maintain.
